• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the product.

• Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, along with the proof of purchase.

• Due to the nature of biotech reagents and diagnostic products, refunds will only be processed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days.

• Refunds will not be provided for products that have been opened, used, or do not meet the return criteria.
